j'ai un problème avec FW c'est dernier jours,
En effet je suis en résidence univ et j'arrive pas a me connecté

  • Bonjour je crois que j'ai le même problème, tous les serveur on l'air d'être bloqué j'ai fait un peu le tour du forum et des erreurs rencontré et je ne vois que ce problème la je pense.

    Est-ce que si vous décochez la case "Se connecter avec l'adresse IP du serveur" dans les options camouflage de FrozenWay puis que vous actualisez la liste des serveurs, cela change quelque chose ?
  • Bonjour, je déterre le sujet car j'ai moi aussi tous les serveurs a >1000ms, je suis sur un campus en Bretagne (non crous). la case "Se connecter avec l'adresse IP du serveur" ne résous pas le problème.

    Tout est à >1000 ms et la connexion automatique ne fonctionne pas.

  • Le réseau sur lequel je suis est protégé par Trend Micro IWSVA, au cas où ça peut aider a résoudre le mystère.
  • Tu arrives pourtant bien à te connecter. Est-ce que ton adresse IP change une fois connecté à FrozenWay ? (http://www.monip.org)
  • Oui, mais la connexion est plus que lamentable. FrozenWay a bien fonctionné la premiere fois que je l'ai lancé (et pris un abo illimité sur 6mois) et depuis ce jour, tout est à >1000 ms a peine de quoi charger une page de recherche...

    Comme si le service info avait capté les proxy et les avaient tous bloqués.
    Le site www.monip.org est bloqué par le firewall*
  • Apres vérification sous ipconfig (cmd), l'adresse ne change pas.
  • Cherche un site qui te permet d'obtenir ton adresse IP publique et qui n'est pas bloqué par ton proxy, et test avec et sans FrozenWay connecté. ipconfig ne permet pas de retrouver l'adresse IP publique, seulement les ip locales. Tout devient lent une fois FrozenWay connecté ? Arrives-tu quand même à lancer une page ? Si oui, lance un http://speedof.me avec ET sans FrozenWay de connecté et à la fin des tests, clic sur le bouton Share et copie/colle ici l'url des résultats stp.

    A priori la connexion n'est pas mauvaise (même si instable)

    Chose intéressante, lorsque je désactive les Firewall de MON pc, les ">1000 ms" se transforme en "?" (et je peux toujours me connecter.

    Le problème pourrait venir de mon pc qui a réagis a ce logiciel après sa première utilisation ?
    Dans l'ensemble la connexion reste assez instable, parfois nickel, parfois horrible( quasi inexistante).

  • Les latences >1000ms ont disparues, par contre j'ai pas un seul serveur en dessous de 200ms ... un peu bof. y'a t'il des serveurs plus sympas pour ceux qui sont en Bretagne ?
  • Les latences doivent être faussées par ton proxy (le temps de la connexion TCP est pris en compte alors que ça ne devrait pas être le cas), le speedtest donne 18ms, ce qui est très bien. Quand tu dis que c'est instable, c'est à dire ? Ça déconnecte ?
