Norton Internet Security deletes this file & warn that it is a malware ???
Why is this?

No, it's the XML library of the Qt Framework. I don't know why norton flag it as a malware... Oo

I will sign the .dll in the next version of FrozenWay in order to avoid this false positive. But you can be sure that this file (if downloaded from the FrozenWay website) is not a threat.
