[Résolu] Problème de déconnection

Bonjour, actuellement en résidence universitaire j'ai souscris un abonnement à frozenway, le hic c'est que lorsque je suis sur internet avec le vpn, j'ai des déco relativement fréquement mais jamais le même laps de temps entre chaque déco. Pour me reconnecter je dois changer de serveur et ça remarche automatiquement. Celà dit c'est quand même frustrant quelques fois.

  • J'ai le même problème que toi depuis 3-4 jours. Cependant, la déconnexion ne s'effectue pour moi quand je demande a frozen plusieurs appli qui ne pourraient fonctionner sans elle à cause du campus... En gros je peux soit play à LoL (avec quelques spikes) soit être TS, mais pas les deux! Je déco alors de frozen toutes les 5-10-15 mins de façon random alors que le ping est de 45-70... Problème d'instabilité de la co/de frozen?

    J'aurais besoin d'un journal avec une déconnexion intempestive de visible.

    Le plus souvent le problème vient soit du fait que dans certains campus il faut garder une fenêtre Web ouverte pour garder la connexion auquel cas il faut ajouter une exception dans FrozenWay, ou bien c'est un soucis de saturation la connexion ou une mauvaise qualité du signal Wifi. Les antivirus ou malware peuvent aussi causer ce genre de soucis.

    Le problème n'est pas le faite qu'il faut garder une page Web open la saturation peut-être... Pourtant le réseau n'as pas changé la seul chose qui c'est passer c'est que les plombs ont sauté la semaine dernière mais de la à influencer le réseau bref... Anyway voici le journal j'ai été déco donc je me suis reconnecté manuellement sur un autre serveur.

    Je vais en publier plusieurs car enfaite frozen ne se déco pas mais ne filtre plus la co...

    Edit : En fonction du protocole rien ne change, mon voisin de chambre qui est aussi sur Frozen n'as pas ce "type" de problème enfin pour l'instant =)

  • Il y a un problème de route, comme si OpenVPN avait été kill sans supprimer les routes.

    Va dans les connexion réseau Windows et désactive la connexion "FrozenWay", puis ré active la, ensuite coupe ton antivirus ou tout autre logiciel qui touche au système, puis connecte toi.

    Si la connexion redevient filtrée au bout d'un moment, lance l'invite de commande Windows (sans déconnecter FrozenWay) et tape la commande "route print" et donne le résultat.

    PS : Il n'y a aucune déconnexion sur les journaux.

    Et oui j'avais compris que je ne me" déconnectais pas" mais que le filtrage ne s'effectuais pas.
    Désolé de m'être mal exprimé ;)

    En comparant avec mon voisin de chambre la seul différence observé est le fait que dans les paramètres de connexion frozenway la case connexion avec adresse ip était décoché. Et pour l'instant depuis que je l'ai enclenché je n'ai plus ce problème... (Alors que depuis toujours elle était décoché enfin depuis + de 8mois ^^ ) Bref je ne cherche pas à comprendre mais cela pourra peut-être t'aider et aider les autres dans mon cas !

    Si le problème surviens je mettrai en applications tes derniers conseils =)!
