Déconnexions intempestives

Bonjour,

Étant en cité étudiante, je me sers de frozenway pour divers jeux en ligne, ma seule source de revenue actuelle. Le problème c'est que depuis quelques jours, cette connexion se coupe sans raison, j'ai des montés de pings hallucinantes quand je lance un jeu et je vois parfois mon frozen way se déconnecté et se reconnecté tout seul. Je n'ai aucune problème de connexion sans frozenway (pour youtube ou des choses du genre), donc je doute que ce soit dû à ma connexion étudiante, et en plus cela m'arrive quelque soit l'heure, donc ce n'est pas une question d'affluence.

Lance un http://speedof.me avec ET sans FrozenWay de connecté et à la fin des tests, clic sur le bouton Share et copie/colle ici l'url des résultats stp.

J'ai le même problème donc je me permet d'apporter les informations manquantes afin d'essayer de le réparer.

J'ajouterai aussi que depuis le même moment (environ 1 semaine) toutes les 2/3h frozenWay crash et affiche un message d'erreur windows "Ce programme à cesser de fonctionner"

Et le journal de connexion ? Bizarre que FrozenWay crash, ce n'est pas commun... As-tu essayé de couper ton antivirus et pare-feu ? (même le pare-feu Windows)

Voila le journal de connexion, je tiens à préciser que les déconnexions sont devenu beaucoup plus rare, et que je n'ai eu qu'un crash depuis 5 jours.

Je n'ai jamais vu cette erreur... On dirait que tu as un proxy (ou un virus) qui modifie le flux https. Est-ce que tu as des fois des difficultés à visiter des sites en https (erreur de sécurité etc.) ? As-tu été obligé d'installer un certificat SSL sur ton PC pour utiliser le réseau ?

Non aucuns problèmes avec les sites en https et je n'ai pas installé de certificat SSL, je suis en résidence universitaire ça vient peut être de la le proxy ?

Pas de soucis, oui les crash surviennent toujours mais de maniere aléatoire, il y a des jours sans problèmes et d'autre comme aujourd'hui ou frozenway deco toutes les 5 min littéralement parlant, ce qui rend les jeux impossible a jouer.

J'ai lancé un deboggeur avec visual studio et il m'a retourné ça comme erreur :

Une exception w32 non gérée c'est produite dans frozenWay.exe[2604]

Exception non gérée à 0x700023D3 (QtNetwork4.dll) dans FrozenWay.exe : 0xC0000005 : Violation d'accès lors de l'écriture à l'emplacement 0x04270ABC.

Bizarre, je vais voir ça. De toute façon la prochaine version de FrozenWay sera complètement refaite, peut-être que ça résoudra ce problème. Mais le plus étrange, c'est que tu es la première personne à avoir ce problème.

Pour quand la nouvelle version est elle prévue ?

Faut bien un début à tout, ça fais 4 ans et demi que j'utilise frozenway et c'est le premier gros probleme que je rencontre ^^

Je n'ai pas de date malheureusement. Mais si ça fait 4 ans que tu l'utilises et que ça bug maintenant, c'est que quelque chose à changer sur ton ordi. As-tu essayé de couper ton antivirus comme je te l'avais demandé ?

Oui j'ai essayé, j'ai même essayé de couper le pare feu windows. J'ai aussi remarqué que ce bug arrivait très fréquemment lorsque je jouais à hearthstone et très peu lorsque je surf sur le net ou joue a d'autre jeu tel que LoL.
