I try free version of frozenway and i loved it , so i subscribe to 1 mpbs speed download...i have lag when playing games , Please tell me what to do to fix this lag !! is there anything to do in the options bar ?! Thanks !!

    Salut,

    Lance un http://speedof.me avec ET sans FrozenWay de connecté et à la fin des tests, clic sur le bouton Share et copie/colle ici l'url des résultats stp.

    Quand tu dis 1 mbps, tu parle de l'abonnement 2 mbps ? (car le 1 n'existe pas...).

    Hello,

    Try this :

    - In the Network interfaces list, disable FrozenWay adapter, then re-enable it.
    - Disable your antivirus/firewall
    - Disable any network optimizer (Asus ROG Game First / Killer Network Manager / etc.)
    - Give the results of http://speedof.me with AND without FrozenWay connected (at the end of the test, clic the "Share" button and copy/paste here the results pls)

    You did your test with http://www.speedtest.net, canyou pleaze do it with http://speedof.me ? The second one offer a graph which is better for our understanding.

    Ok you are connecting from Dubai. On which LoL servers are you playing ? Western europe ?

    No Sir North America server because all my friends playing north america server , can you help me solve this problem ? is it just because too much LOAD on FrozenWay server ? Please help me because my friends in my university want to Subscribe in Frozenway but scared of having BIG lag ms .

    Oh i forgot to tell you when i play in home my lag is 250 which is fine , but here in my university they block all gaming ports and when i connect with frozenway sometimes no lag and sometimes 500 ms lag or 700 ms lag . Merci !

    The problem does not come from the servers load. Does the lag decrease if you connect to the Canadian FrozenWay server (Server #7) ? There's another cause of lag : FrozenWay is a TCP VPN because only TCP can pass through school proxy/firewall. And LoL use TCP also. And TCP over TCP is not stable especially over big distances. There's no solution yet. But I'm developing a new VPN that will increase performance of TCP over TCP drastically.

    Thank you for your Reply Sir ! , Please sir i have many friends maybe 30-50 friends in my University , American university of Dubai , they are all playing LOL but the problem is with the BIG lag sometimes , please if you can open a new VPN server in the Middle East ( maybe dubai or Egypt ) so we can Connect to it , and when will you finish developing the new VPN !!!!     To answer you Question about if i lag in canadian server , yes i do lag...the canadian server has BIGGEST lag for me , the server that is normal sometimes is Swiss , france server 4 and Belgium...but i never connect to the fastest server because i lag there alot but lower than the canadain , when i connect to the canadian the game disconnects . I think its because of the distance between Dubai and the servers too

    Best servers for me : Server 1 France > Server 1 Belgium > Server 1 Swiss > Server 4 France .
