I am just asking if i can download torrents and if i do that anonymously using frozenway as i am using an account with my name to access the internet in my residency .

As soon as FrozenWay is connected and the traffic redirected, nobody can see what you are doing. Everything is encrypted between your PC and the FrozenWay server. And it's the FrozenWay server IP that is published to the torrent tracker.
