Frozenway ne debloque plus

Bonjour,
Abonné depuis longtemps, j'ai renouvelé aujourd'hui en "unlimted" comme d'habitude et il ne fonctionne plus.
Lors de la connexion, la barre de progression n'avance pas comme d'hab, elle avance jusqu'à la moité, puis stagne un moment m'affiche directement connecté.
Frozen way est alors soit disant en marche mais ne débloque aucun accès,comme s'il n'était même pas installé alors que d'habitude il n'y a pas de souci.

J'oubliais... Le filtre bloquant sur le reseau c'est sonicwall.

A quoi correspond la connexion réseau qui a l'adresse IP 1.1.11.186 sur ton PC ?

Désolé, je suis vraiment une bille... je comprends à peine la question.
Comment je peux avoir la réponse ?
C'est le réseau auquel je suis connecté ?

Oui après avoir mieux regardé, c'est ta carte WiFi. Je pense qu'il y a une interférence avec ta carte ethernet. Désactive ta carte ethernet dans la liste des connexion réseau et réessaye, si ça ne fonctionne toujours pas essaye après avoir redémarrer ton PC.

Bonsoir , moi quand je me connecte sur android avec openvpn avant sa marcher maintenant sa marche plus sa me met que il n'y a pas de verification et ca marche pas je comprend pas .merci de votre aide.

Merci, je n'ai pas été sur place depuis, mais j'y serai à nouveau demain.
C'est une connexion dans un hotel espagnol.
Par rapport au wifi, j'ai essayé par wifi,par ethernet, de redémarrer l'ordi et ça n'avait rien changé.
j'essaye à nouveau demain en espérant que ça marche.
