Impossible de rester connecté

Bonjour,
Après une période sans utiliser le service, je tente de me connecter depuis 2 jours aux serveurs.
Seulement dès que je suis connecter, il y a un échange de donnée (widget affichant le trafic), puis visiblement une coupure.

Les deux dernières lignes tournant en boucle, je stop l'application.

Etant au Crous de Toulouse, je me demande si il n'y aurais pas eu une mise a jour de leurs système de proxy, mais n' écarte pas la possibilité d' un problème matériel.

Quelqu'un aurais t'il une solution ?

PS: le service avais fonctionner la semaine dernière lors d'une connexion de 3h.

Bonjour
J'ai exactement le même problème depuis quelques semaines au CROUS de Grenoble et ma connexion internet est devenue très instable. La plupart du temps, c'est juste une petite coupure et la connexion arrive à se relancer. Mais entre-temps, si tu te fais déconnecter de ton jeu. Dès fois, ça arrive à des intervalles très courts, comme si quelque chose tentait de m’empêcher d'accéder à la connexion. C'est très frustrant.

Désactive puis réactive la connexion "FrozenWay" dans la liste des connexions réseau Windows. Puis va dans les options réseau de FrozenWay et coche la case "Conserver la route de la passerelle par défaut" et tente de te connecter.

Que donne un ipconfig /all dans l'invite de commande Windows ? On dirait un renouvellement de bail DHCP qui force la connexion à couper et à se remettre au bout de quelques secondes.

Il y a un soucis dans tes routes. As-tu 2 interfaces réseau de connecté (Wifi + Ethernet) à Internet ? As-tu essayé de redémarrer ton PC ?

J' ai effectivement 2 interfaces réseau de connectées mais sur la même carte Ethernet j' essaye de les dissocier et je posterai le rendu

EDIT: PROBLEME RESOLU
Explication: Suite à une panne de réseau du crous peandant le week end de paques, j' ai tenter plusieurs manipulations pour tenter de récuperer internet. L'une d' elle a été l' ajout des serveurs DHCP que je connaissait, mais j' ai oublier de les retirer.
Maintenant il ne s' y connecte plus au demarrage merci

Donc FrozenWay se connecte, puis déconnecte, tente de se reconnecter mais renvoi l'erreur windows ERROR_JOIN_TO_JOIN, puis réessaye de se connecter et y parvient.

Ça peut venir de plusieurs choses. Un problème dans la configuration du système (registre, dll, virus) ou bien du réseau. Pourrais-tu essayer de te connecter à FrozenWay depuis un autre réseau pour voir si ça fonctionne bien ?

Il m'est impossible de tester un autre réseau par contre la même chose se passe lorsque j'utilise une autre connexion du même réseau.

J'ai cherché mais j'ai pas pu trouver d'autres utilisateurs de Frozenway sur le réseau. J'ai scanné complètement mon ordinateur mais ça n'a rien changé.

J'avais BitDefender Total Security 2015, pensant que le problème venait de là, j'ai changé et je me suis mis à Kaspersky internet Security. Mais le problème persiste toujours.

J'ai mis Kaspersky internet Security 2016; c'est la version 2015 qui est censée être incompatible.
