New Firewall (please help)

Hello there,

My frozenway has been working fine for me for the past 1/2 a year, but with a new firewall in place at the place I use it (smoothwall) it has stopped working! I am at a loss at what to do, how do I bypass this new proxy? This is urgent, any help is appreciated.

    This is my other account, just wanted to make it clear so I get replies on this one.

    The error I am getting is:
    'Unable to reach the main server. Check your network connectivity and ensure that your connection settings are valid.'
