Déconnexion toute les 5 min, help

avril 2014 modifié dans Support technique
Slt, depuis que tu ma changer de serveur privé, car l'autre affiché > 1000 ms , lorsque je joue à LoL, cela me déconnecte toute les 5 min, à chaque fois je suis obliger de me deco/reco manuellement pour revenir dans la partie (pour info je suis au Crous Amiens et j'ai 30 ms de ping), Merci.

  • Essaye de désactiver la connexion "FrozenWay" dans la liste de tes connexions réseau Windows, puis réactive là.

    Merci de penser à mettre votre journal de connexion, sinon c'est impossible de savoir d'où vient le problème.

  • Je te conseille de lui envoyer un mail pour avoir une réponse plus rapide.
  • Il ne se passe rien sur le journal de FrozenWay quand LoL déconnecte ? Et tu est obligé de déco reco FrozenWay pour que ça refonctionne ? Quand LoL déconnecte, laisse FrozenWay tourner et va sur la page http://www.monip.org pour voir quel adresse IP tu obtiens.

  • Déjà tu as un soucis dans tes routes, va dans la liste de tes connexions réseau Windows et désactive la connexion "FrozenWay" puis réactive là.

    Ensuite, quand tu vas sur http://www.monip.org dès que tu te connecte à FrozenWay, est-ce que tu obtiens une adresse IP différente que celle donnée dans ton précédent message ?

  • @bloodyrama as tu essayé de redémarrer ton PC, tu as des routes en trop, ferme tu FrozenWay avec ALT + F4 ? Il ne faut pas si c'est le cas.
  • Salut Atomik , j'ai fait ce que tu as dit à l'instant, j'obtiens une autre adresse ip : 5.135.42.100
  • en fouillant sur le forum j'ai vu qu'il y avait une problème avec windows 8.1 même si j'ai seulement le 8 j'ai testé en décochant l'option la connexion a frozen way à l'air de s'arranger par contre je me demandais à quoi servait "augmenter la métrique à la passerelle par défaut"
  • @Maoshir As-tu toujours les même problèmes depuis que tu as réactivé la connexion "FrozenWay" ?

    @bloodyrama Ça augmente la compatibilité avec certains jeux comme PES par exemple.
