Unable to connect to the server or another protocol

I am trying to connect to any network, and it comes with the message above. I have tried everything, reinstalling, restarting computer, re logging in etc. nothing works. help pls!

Hi, try to change the connection protocol in the select box under the servers list, you can choose between OpenVPN / https / http.
