Latence

Bonjour ,

je me suis abonné à frozenway et je n'arrive pas à voir la latence des serveurs , il y a juste "?" .
Quelqu'un à la solution s'il vous plait ?

Bonjour,
j'ai pris pour la seconde fois un abonnement à Frozenway et j'ai des problèmes de Latence 150 ms minimum. De ce fait impossible de faire quoi que ce soit.
Quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider s'il vous plait ?

@sams14 Salut, ouvre un nouveau sujet et copie.colle les résultat d'un http://www.speedtest.net avec ET sans FrozenWay de connecté stp.

J'ai 33ms 3.75 en debit descendant et 12.3 en debit montant sans frozen way et avec frozen way j'ai 444 de ping un debit descendant de 0.18 et un debit montant de 0.33

Tu te connecte de quel endroit ? (pays, ville)

Peux-tu donner le journal de connexion à FrozenWay ? As-tu essayé de couper ton antivirus ?

je me connecte de France, de Soissons. Quand j'ouvre le journal ça m'affiche une page blanche. Et ou j'ai deja essayé de couper l'anti-virus mais rien n'a changé

Il faut te connecter aux serveurs FR, premium-01-fr-01 par exemple.
