I can't connect my Wii U

I hope you can help me in English since I don't speak French.
I use my dormitory internet which has strict NAT settings, so I got the 2Mbps version of FrozenWay and FrozenSpot, to try and connect my Wii U, but I still get the error saying that my NAT is strict, can you help?

    Hi,

    Have you tried to disable your firewall ?

    On the first FrozenSpot options page, you have to choose "FrozenWay" and on the second one, "Point d'accès sans-fil" if you want to share by Wifi.

    If you add a port in the ports tab of FrozenWay, is it working ?
