[Résolu] Problème de déco.

Bonsoir,

Étant dans une résidence universitaire , qui pour "forcer" ces élèves a "travailler" a bloquer les ports de différentes plateforme de jeux etc .... Pour contourner cette infâme tyrannie j'ai donc décider de prendre un abonnement a FW, et bingo ça marchait. Marchait car depuis quelques jours je souffre de déconnexions intempestive pour aucune raisons apparente. Car je m'étais dit que c'était a cause d'une bande passante faible a ces moments la, mais que nenni. Car quelle fut ma surprise de constater ,qu'au moment d'une de mes déconnexions et après avoir désactiver FW (donc n'étant plus que sur le réseau de ma cité U), grâce à un speed test que ma connexion était plus que satisfaisante, elle tendait même vers l'excellence !!.
Donc voici ma question, que dois je faire pour ne plus avoir a expérimenter de fâcheuses déconnexion au cours d'un team fight endiablé au niveau du baron ?

J'ai exactement le même problème et comme plusieurs personne sur le forum depuis quelque jours.

De très nombreuse déconnexion.

J'espère que vous trouverez une solution vite

les serveurs expérimenteraient ils des problèmes ?

Pas de soucis particulier sur les serveurs, et si c'était le cas, ça ne toucherai pas tous les serveurs en même temps.

Dans quelle cité U es-tu ? Que donne un http://www.speedtest.net avec ET sans FrozenWay de connecté ?

Tu n'as rien installé comme logiciel qui pourrait toucher au réseau ou au système récemment ?

Alors je suis a la cité U d'Aberystwyth au Pays de Galles.
Pour les logiciels je ne vois pas ce que j'aurais put installer mis a part Frozen Way !
Et pour ce qui est du speed test http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3033283838, j'ai ce qui est indiqué dans le contrat avec FW. Et sans FW voila ce que ça donne http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3033287642 ( sachant qu'il est 19h et pas mal de monde sur les ordis).

Je suis surpris de voir une aussi bonne bande passante / latence avec FrozenWay depuis le Pays de Galles.

Est-ce que lors d'une déconnexion, c'est FrozenWay qui déconnecte ou juste le jeu ? Est-ce que le journal de connexion change ? D'ailleurs, peux tu donner le journal de connexion après une déconnexion stp ?

De plus, si tu es connecté en Wifi, est-ce que le signal est bon ?

Ouais j'étais aussi très étonné !
En fait c'est pas tellement une déconnexion de FW, mais le jeux monte a 1500ms et je suis obligé de me déconnecter puis me reconnecter de FW pour que ça remarche ! Mais le truc que je ne comprend pas c'est que parfois ça ne le fait pas pendant on dira 30/40min mais après ce petit temps il le fera toutes les 5 mins voir toute les minutes ...
Et oui je suis en full barre pour le wifi !
Je vais essayer de me rappeler de te donner le journal de connexion quand cela m'arrivera encore ! (ce qui je pense ne devrait pas être super long).
J'en profite aussi pour te remercier pour ton "service clientèle" !

Comme mes décos ne surviennent que pendant des parties et que mon premier réflexe et de déco/reco j'oublie de copier le journal quand il déco ... Mais peut être que ce journal effectué just après une déco reco peut aider ?

Ok il y a une déconnexion dans le journal.

Si tu es en Wifi, est-ce que le signal est bon ? As tu essayé de couper ton antivirus / pare-feu ?

Non, ce n'est pas l'abonnement qui est en cause.

As tu coupé ton antivirus (tout du moins coupé la partie inspection du réseau) ?

As tu essayé d'autre protocoles (https, http) ?

C'est peut-être le proxy qui limite le temps qu'une connexion TCP peut rester ouverte...

Peux tu donner le journal de connexion complet après 3 ou 4 déconnexions stp ?

Ouais je vais essayer, mais le journal de connexion de s'efface t-il pas lorsque que l'on se déconnecte a un réseaux puis si l'on se reconnecte a un autre ?

Si, mais il ne faut pas toucher au bouton, mais attendre que ça se déco/reco tout seul.

Et bien miracle, pour une raison x ou y voir même z (faut pas le discriminer !), les déconnexion ont cessés ! Alors peut être que ce n'est que temporaire, mais déjà la ça fait trois jour ou je n'ai pleu eu ce genre de déco sauvage !
