Bonjour, J'ai un abonnement Highway to freedom - 3 months mais depuis aujourd'hui mon debit redistribuer par Frozenway me donne un debit de téléchargement pareil a la version gratuite soit environ 20 fois plus lentement.

Pareil pour moi avec l'offre à 8 méga, en moins important tout de même : depuis quelques jours je ne dépasse pas les 450ko/s....

Tout d'abord, rien n'a changé côté serveur.

Peux tu donner un http://www.speedtest.net avec ET sans FrozenWay de connecté stp ?

Tu es sur quel réseau ? Cité U ? Laquelle ?

En fait c'est revenu a la normale et je ne suis pas en cité U mais sur un hotspot SFR Wifi Fon néanmoins les ms était a plus de 200 et maintenant ils sont a 70 alors que j'étais a 35. Le Speedtest m'indique 0,075 et je reçois SFR a 86,5 mbs/s en moyenne. Merci de votre aide mais je pense que sa va revenir complètement a la normale car au niveau du téléchargement je reçoit autant qu'avant. Merci.
