Connexion lente avec abonnement 2Mbps

Salut,

j'ai un petit problème depuis un certain temps (en fait depuis le début de mon abonnement mais je m'en était pas encore plaint haha) : j'ai une connexion que tourne autour des 2 Mbps sans frozenway et j'arrive à maximum de 200kbps en download (torrent ou ddl) avec frozenway.
Je précise que je n'ai pas d'antivirus :)

    Les bandes passantes sont exprimées en kbps (kilo bit par seconde) alors que les transferts internet en ko/s (kilo octet / seconde), or un octet = 8 bit. Donc 2 Mbps = 256 ko/s max.
