Impossible de contacter le serveur principal

Bonjours,
lors que je lance frozenway de mon école, je ne parvient pas a me connecter et lorsque je fait annuler j'obtiens le message suivant "Impossible de contacter le serveur principal"
je sais que l'adresse de mon proxy est 192.168.6.245:8080 mais même en le configurant manuellement le problème reste le même.

j'arrive a accéder au 4 premier liens:

    Salut,

    Tu arrives à aller jusqu'à la liste des serveurs mais pas à te connecter à un serveur ? De quoi parles tu quand tu dis "Lorsque je fait annuler" ?

    lorsque je lance l'appli, un formulaire de connexion apparait (normal), si je veux me connecter cela ne fonctionne pas, si je clics sur le bouton annuler du formulaire, j'obtiens le message d'erreur "Impossible de contacter le serveur principal"

    Pour les personnes qui on le même problème, plutôt que de faire des postes qui ne servent pas a grand chose, attendez de voir l'évolution de cette discussion pour une meilleur lisibilité.
    Si les solutions qui seront proposé ne conviennent pas, créez votre propre discussion qui sera spécifique à votre problème.
    N'oublier pas que quand 150 personnes parlent de 150 problèmes différents dans la même conversation et en même temps un modérateur meurt quelque part sur terre...

    Peut-être que je deviens fou mais je ne vois pas de bouton annuler, à part dans le diagnostic de connexion mais ça n'a pas l'air d'être ça : /

    Peux tu envoyer un screen shot stp ?

    Ah d'accord ! :)

    C'est l'authentification de ton proxy, pas celle de FrozenWay. Il faut que tu entres tes identifiants proxy.

    Maintenant lorsque j'éssaie de me connecter au serveur, j'ai le message suivant "le serveur proxy a retourné une erreur"

    Il est chiant ton proxy, il n'autorise pas les connexions SSL avec certificats auto signés...

    As-tu essayé le mode http ? Que donne le journal ?

    Oui il est très, très, très chiant ce proxy. On est en cours d'info et on peu même pas ce connecter a nos ftp T-T
    Et il me semble qu'il bloc certain type d'upload pour couronner le tout...

    j'ai essayer tout les modes, aucun ne fonctionne... je te donne les logs http

    Bon alors mauvaise nouvelle, le mode http de FrozenWay n'est pas encore compatible avec la méthode d'authentification proxy NTLM que tu as la "chance" d'avoir... Et comme le OpenVPN/https est bloqué par la vérification des certificats SSL... Il n'y a rien à faire pour le moment je le crains... J'ai prévu de rendre compatible le mode http avec NTLM dans une prochaine version de FrozenWay.
