Problème de connexion

Bonjour, je suis dans un lycée utilisant une connexion bridée quand j'essaie de me connecter à FrozenWay il me met "impossible de se connecter au serveur automatiquement pour le protocole choisi. Merci de sélectionner un serveur manuellement." J'ai essayer plusieurs solution comme utiliser 188.165.40.164 enlever la connexion avec l'adresse IP ect... Mais il y a toujours le même message. Merci de me répondre rapidemment
PS: Je peux me connecter sur le site qu'avec http://188.165.40.164/ et non avec frozenway.com

même chose pour moi, il y a un problème avec les serveurs, parfois il me met "authentification rejeté par le serveur"

Salut,

Essayez de vous connecter manuellement à un serveur. Pour cela, il faut dérouler un pays en cliquant sur la petite flèche à gauche d'un drapeau, essayez par exemple de vous connecter directement au serveur public-01-fr-01 dans les 3 protocoles de connexion (OpenVPN / https / http) et donnez les journaux de connexion.

La je ne suis plus dans le lycée donc est-ce qu'il sera possible que tu me listes toutes les solutions comme ca je les essaie et je te dis les résultats quand je rentre?
PS: je ne vois aucun des pings de marqué à côté des pays et quand je déroule le menu il y a marqué erreur à côté de tous les serveurs
Quand je vais dans journal je n'ai rien du tout ^^'

Il faut sélectionner un serveur manuellement, par exemple le serveur public-01-fr-01, et essayer de t'y connecter, il y aura alors forcément un journal de connexion.

As-tu essayé de couper ton antivirus ? Certains antivirus bloquent les tunnels de FrozenWay.

Non mais si j'enlève le https et que je met que 188.165.40.164 ça marche.
PS: Il faut que je décoche "Connexion sécurisée au serveur principal." pour avoir un chargement sinon ça met directement "Impossible de contacter le serveur principal. Vérifier que vous êtes bien connecté à Internet et que vos paramètres de connexion sont valides."

Je te demande ça pour savoir comment ton proxy bloque les pages https.
