Problème "Impossible de se connecter au serveur..."

Bonjour,
voilà le message d'erreur qui s'affiche lorsque j'essaye de me connecter au serveur du crous Toulouse quand je suis sur ma partition Windows 7 alors que sur ma partition Mac je m'y connecte sans problème, j'utilisais windows 8 il y a de ça un mois et ça marchait très bien également. Je ne comprend donc pas d'où viens le problème

As-tu essayé de couper ton antivirus ?
